    This is the third time I am writing about this issue.

    The intersection of Grow and High School Road is still reliably blocked for cars turning west from Grow Ave during the morning while students arrive at school. Eastbound High School Road traffic drives right up to the crosswalk as pedestrians cross and are stopped right in front of the northbound traffic trying to turn left on to HSR. Today as I waited, four vehicles stopped in front of the traffic trying to get on with their day including a full-size Kitsap Transit bus. The modest 'Keep Intersection Clear' sign has no effect on traffic, including professional bus drivers and I have seen no police presence at the intersection.
    Please Paint Don't Block The Box at this intersection. Everyone knows what this means.

    In August last year I submitted a request for signage and street painting to keep the intersection of Grow and High School Road clear when pedestrians are crossing High School Road. (# 15026257)
    A sign was installed on eastbound High School Road.
    This sign is almost universally ignored by eastbound drivers who have been backed up along High School Road and are anxious to get through the school traffic. The result is northbound Grow Ave traffic trying to turn left on High School Road has seen no change in the intersection being blocked by stopped traffic.
    Please paint the street, put up don't block the box advisories, post an officer there, ask the school to put a traffic/crossing guard or do something so that it doesn't take ten minutes to make a left turn in the morning. Thank you.

    The intersection of Grow and High School Road is unnecessarily frustrating for northbound traffic on Grow.
    There is heavy pedestrian traffic at the crosswalk east of Grow. Eastbound traffic on High School Road often comes to a stop at the crosswalk completely blocking left-turning traffic from Grow.
    Please put Don't Block The Box signage and street paint at this intersection so eastbound traffic comes to a stop west of Grow.

    The speed limit on Sportsman Club Road by Sakai and Woodward Middle Schools has been raised to 30 mph.
    The speed detector signs still flash maniacally SLOW DOWN if you exceed 25 mph.
    Please adjust or remove the speed detectors.

    Wallace Way Nw Bainbridge Island, WA, 98110, USA - Bainbridge Island
    There is insufficient gutter along the north side of Wallace Way at the new Wallace Cottages between Madison and Nakata. Water drains across the roadway creating a possible ice hazard. This road is used by bicycle commuters in the morning.

    Grow Ave Nw & Ne High School Rd Bainbridge Island, WA, 98110, USA - Bainbridge Island
    There is a large sign in the middle of Grow Ave just south of High School Rd. It duplicates a sign on the right at the start of the road and forces traffic to swerve into pedestrian lane. I have found this dangerous as a driver, pedestrian, dog walker and bicyclist. Many motorists swerve into the oncoming lane when there is a pedestrian on their side of the road. The sign falls over in heavy wind and is not clearly visible when approached from the south. Please remove.
