Description

The property owner is installing a large drainage system with 12"+ diameter concrete pipes (dozens of them) to drain a portion of the property to the road side ditch. That ditch drains directly into Memois Creek, which feeds into Manzanita Bay. The project involves significant trenching being performed by a full size excavator. The bulk of the property is a delineated wetland. No permits are posted and, as best as I can tell, none have been applied for. Please enforce the code.
