Code Enforcement IssueAcknowledged11371 Blue Heron Ln Ne Bainbridge Island, WA, 98110, USA - Bainbridge IslandThe dog barks at all hours of the day and night. We, along with a number of our neighbors on the west side of Manzanita Bay, have filled out barking logs and have mailed them to Animal Control. The dog can even be heard all the way on the west side of Battle Point Park.
We were told by BIPD to report this issue by calling 911. We did and animal control was notified of the issue. Animal Control told us to contact our City Councilmember even after a number of the homeowners in our neighborhood have mailed in the required backing logs. On a separate occasion, we spoke to a BIPD officer at Battle Point Park. He informed us to make contact with the owner.
